Who Logic Racks is, and how we work.

Logic Racks Ltd is a bespoke software development consultancy headquartered in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, delivering custom web applications, mobile apps, AI platforms and e-commerce systems for UK businesses. We are senior-only — every engineer on your project has shipped production software for years, and nothing is outsourced offshore.

How we work

Discover. Design. Build. Ship. Support.

A paid discovery sprint (1–2 weeks) defines scope, architecture and a fixed delivery plan. From there we ship in two-week sprints, demo-driven, with code review and QA on every pull request. Every sprint ends with a demo and working software. No handoff, no translation loss between design and engineering. When the project ends, support continues under a monthly retainer — or we hand keys to your in-house team and step aside.
